.....My mother is 63 years old, and her name is Younghee Kim. She has a common name for her age, but she is not a common mother to me. She is a very devoted mother. She has been looking after my children for 10 years. Although she is an outgoing person she gave up all her activities when my first daughter was born and decided to raise her. She moved to our house when my first daughter became an elementary school student. She stays with my family during the week, and she returns home every Friday. She does my housework such as cooking, cleaning and laundry. She cooks very well, especially "Goo-jeol-pan". She is very loved and important to my family. She is a Christian, so she prays very hard for us. She deserves the word "MOTHER".

I already mentioned this on Jiseon's blog, but I want to tell you that you are lucky to have someone help you raise your children. I also agree that it's difficult to define the word 'mother'. A mom is so many things that it can't be defined in one or even several words for that matter. I think your mom is your angel. (*^^*)
I feel very sorry when my mother gives up her activities because of my daughter. I believe you feel same as me. I love Goo-jeol-pan! Please learn how to cook Goo-jeol-pan from your mother and invite me! :)
I think that you are so lucky to have such a wonderful mother. Giving up her career for her grandson and daughter is really not easy to dicide, but she did. She is really great mother and grandmother at the same time.
